In June, we created the SC Living brand for São Carlos’ new real estate investment platform. SC Living represents the Company’s expansion and diversification into the residential segment aimed at income, a pulverized segment with high growth potential.
In July, we concluded the acquisition of GO850, a development located in Vila Olímpia, in São Paulo, for R$109.5 million, R$65.7 million of which refer to São Calos’ share. The development was acquired in a partnership with JFL Realty, which has an interest of 40% in GO850. The high-standard building has a privileged location in Vila Olímpia and a leasable private area of 6,795 m², distributed among 136 units with one bedroom (45m²) and two bedrooms (84m² e 90m²). This operation aims at long-term residential leasing.
