In recent years, São Carlos has been distributing 25% of its annual net income after deductions to its shareholders, in accordance with the law and the Company‘s Bylaws, and as defined in the shareholders‘ meetings that have resolved on this issue. The money is distributed in one or more installments over the year in the form of dividends or IOE – interest on equity.
